Hello All

Hello All,
Thanks for checking out my first ever blog! I am new to this so please bear with me!

Human Element was born out of shear frustration trying to find a permanent HR position after I was laid off from my HR Director position last September. After going on countless interviews and being one qualified person in a sea of hundreds of other applicants I decided to share my knowledge of HR. Targeting small and mid-size firms that either can't afford or does not have a larger enough staff to warrant a full time HR staff member.

Most small firms fail to realize the importance of HR compliance and how it affects your business on a day to day basis. Are you employees happy? Are your employee folders legally compliant? Is your benefit plan competitive? These are many questions executives simply do not have the time to devote to.

We provide the professional services that are necessary in the day to day operations of a successful small or mid-sized business.

The Human Element Group is powered by a team of professional each one with expertise and years of experience.

The consultation is free and the peace of mind priceless.

Thanks for reading!

D, I'm very proud and impressed with what you are doing with your company. Having known you for so many years, it's no surprise that you excell in the HR field. Congrats on your first blog post and I look forward to many more. I am particularly interested in learning about the most important things small businesses (less than 5-10 staff) should be aware of when it comes to regulations and best practice. I would also be happy to share some of the creative ways we have brought on staff with little or no budget. Thanks!!

The recent study in New York Times revealed that out sourcing has reached all time high in the educational and hospitality industry. Your firm might not be part of this rising trend but soon every large firm will be switching over to this change that has seen growing in Europe and Asia too. Here are top five reasons why human resource management can perform better by using the help from outsourcing some of their tasks.
